Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges according to Ukrainian law and the conditions below.
Return period
A product of proper quality can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt if it has not been used and its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels, packaging, and proof of purchase are preserved.
Products of proper quality
Returns or exchanges are possible if the product has no traces of installation, soldering, welding, mechanical damage, overheating, short circuit, damaged insulation, or other signs of use.
Custom orders
Battery packs made to individual customer parameters can be returned or exchanged in case of a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or mismatch with the agreed configuration.
Problem products
If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the order, contact us. We will review the request and offer repair, replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
How to request a return
Message or call us and provide the order number. Describe the reason for return or exchange, add photos of the product, packaging, and damage if relevant. Wait for confirmation and shipping instructions.
Return shipping
If the return is related to a defect or order mistake, shipping costs are agreed with the manager. If a product of proper quality is returned, return shipping to the seller is paid by the buyer.
Refunds
Funds are returned after the product is received and inspected. The refund method is agreed with the buyer.
